These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and customers of SK Decoration Hub. Any customer terms are expressly rejected unless agreed in writing.

2. Products & Services

We provide decorative items including chandeliers, artificial flowers, decorative props, and related products. Images are for reference only and actual products may vary slightly.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise.
  • Full payment is required before order processing.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Payment Delay & Non-Payment

In case of delayed or failed payment, Creative Decoration Hub reserves the right to cancel the order or suspend services without prior notice.

5. Delivery & Timelines

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe. Delays caused by logistics, weather, or external factors shall not result in compensation.

6. Returns & Complaints

Any issues related to damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

7. Limitation of Liability

Creative Decoration Hub shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

8. Taxes & Duties

All applicable taxes, duties, or levies shall be borne by the customer as per Indian laws.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, images, logos, and designs are the property of SK Decoration Hub and may not be used without permission.

10. Suspension of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services in case of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and Indian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
